Description

Seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Associate Or Commercial Bankruptcy Associate, with the flexibility to work remotely on a partial basis. The litigation position will involve handling all aspects of commercial litigation cases in a variety of state and federal courts.  The bankruptcy position will involve business bankruptcy cases and commercial loan workouts.

Requirements

One to six years of experience in either commercial litigation or in the area of commercial debtor/creditor practice is preferred, but not required.
